A well-established company is seeking a pilot in South Alabama. The successful candidate will have their Private and Commercial Pilots License with Instrument Rating, be detailed oriented and flexible regarding days and routes flown in order to accommodate weather and maintenance schedule changes. Duties include: Operating a single-engine aircraft following GPS coordinates provided by company Documenting anomalies with photograph and GPS coordinates Notifying management of any issues requiring immediate action Creating inspection reports Interacting with management and onsite maintenance facility to ensure inspections are completed in a timely manner according to contract Adhering to all safety procedures Qualified candidate must be available for flight daily; however, flight schedule will vary due to weather. The job does not require any pilot to fly daily. Flight time will vary between 20-30 hours per week. Successful candidates must complete company provided training. Training will not be compensated although the candidate will be able to log this flight time. The company was established over 31 years ago and has maintained an impeccable record of safety and performance. Candidates with experience performing maintenance under the direction of an A&P is not required but would be extremely beneficial.
