The company has three different brands including Wing Aviation Group, which is a FAA Part 135 charter certificate operator, focusing on high quality service to customers in the areas of aircraft sales, management, charter, maintenance, parts, and consulting. Wing Aviation Maintenance which is a maintenance company based in Stuart, Florida focusing on high quality service to customers in aircraft maintenance. Finally, Encore Plane Parts which is an aircraft parts sales company based in Orlando, Florida focusing on aircraft parts, specifically, engine sales and leases, aircraft parts and rotable sales.

Role Objective:

The primary function is to perform human resources and administrative tasks for various companies. Assist the management team with projects and tasks on a daily basis.

Essential Job Tasks:

· Accurately maintaining employee records and files.

· Maintaining employee lists, including email accounts and distribution lists and the company organization chart.

· Process onboarding new hire paperwork including payroll and healthcare.

· Process offboarding paperwork for employees that leave the company.

· Scheduling Zoom and other meetings as needed.

· Work within Paychex creating training programs and ensure all employees complete.

· Open all mail and distribute to the correct department.

· Assist the accounting department with processing payroll.

· Assist the accounting department with recording of pilot expenses.

· Answering incoming employee questions and routing them to the correct department.

· Keeping stock of pilot and cabin attendant uniform items.

· Order and maintain listing of all company iPads and computers. Develop a tracking system and document for employees to complete when issued a company device.

· Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management.

· Assist the CEO with a special project each week.

· Other duties and projects as assigned.

Work Environment:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Operate a telephone requiring oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and vendors and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Some physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to move from department and buildings to interact with others.

Travel:

  • There is minimal travel required for this position.

Required Education/Experience:

· Three (3) years proven experience in a similar position.
