Williams International has an exciting opportunity for an Technical Advisor- Product Support to join our team. Description: Assist customers with technical and business issues related to engines and services. Receive after-hours hot line phone calls outside of normal work hours. Resolve most customer issues in an efficient manner from start to finish. Evaluation of various data will be routinely performed taking into account cost schedule and customer satisfaction. Coordination with multiple groups within the company will be required. Must be able to support unique work schedules (currently rotating 4 days per week 2nd shift 10 hour shifts covering 2:00 PM-1:00 AM EST 7 days/week). Bachelors Degree and experience related to turbine engine maintenance aircraft operations engineering or customer service. Intermediate computer skills relating to word processing spread sheets and databases required. Must process excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multilingual is a plus. A&P License is a plus. No supervisory responsibility. Willing to be on-call 24/7 to support customer inquires. Responsible for and accountable for product safety and quality of work including as a minimum all elements defined in the companys Quality Policy. US Citizenship status required.
