Overview of the Position:

We are an FAA repair facility that services aircraft components. We specialize in pneumatic valves, electromechanical actuators, and electrical components. No A&P license required. Aerospace/aviation experience is not required. Job applicants must be mechanically inclined and have related mechanical experience or technical schooling. FAA/DOT drug testing IS REQUIRED (both pre-employment and random). Normal workdays are 6:30 AM to 3 PM daily (40 hr. work week), with overtime.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute aircraft and aviation maintenance within timelines established by customer, FAA and ATC quality standards.

Test and repair aircraft components in accordance with company provided data (manuals, drawings, procedures, etc.) and company provided training.

Assemble and disassemble various components of aircraft during repairs and maintenance.

Adjust, align and calibrate components using hand tools, gauges, etc.

Ensure compliance with FAA and company standards.

Maintain orderly work area that is clean and safe.

Resolve complex technical problems and troubleshoot unusual repairs.

Perform compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.

Use, maintain and store company-provided tools and equipment in safe and proper manner.
