As a leader in the aerospace industry we have a number of exciting positions available right now including a Customer Accounts Administrator Administrator in the discipline of Sales and Marketing in our Oxygen and PSU Products business located in Lenexa KS. Reporting to the Manager of Contracts and Customer Service the Customer Accounts Administrator directs activities concerned with complex customer contracts orders inquiries and/or complaints. Incumbents utilize knowledge of products product availability sales territories and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer. + Following general instructions with some discretion as to work details coordinates assigned activities involved in accepting monitoring and performing contracts and subcontracts between company and customers. + Gathers a variety of pre-award pricing and information for analysis prior to contract agreement. + Participates in pre-contract discussions and prepares contract documents and content. + Analyzes contract documents to determine contractual obligations preparing recommendations regarding modifications and terms of acceptance + Monitors company performance on contractual obligations and contract termination activities. + Oversees the review of incoming contracts and modifications for conformance to original proposals. + Gathers information and prepares reports on contract compliance status identifying deviations and recommending action. + Provides liaison between customer and company personnel with regard to contract commitments modifications and revisions. + May review pertinent governmental procurement regulations and commercial contract practice trends. + Makes special studies investigations and analyses and prepares related reports. + Interacts with Sales Supply Chain/Logistics Production and Philippines staff daily. + Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues. + Performs other related duties as required.. MINIMUM + Bachelor?s degree from four-year college or university and at least ofive (5) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite PREFERRED + Business-to-Business customer interaction experience + Ability to influence others without having direct authority + Moderate to strong math and numbers skills / very analytical + Strong written communication skills + Strong ability to prioritize + Self-reliant through critical thinking and problem solving + Desire to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment where exact protocols may not exist + Organized and able to prioritize multiple assignments running concurrently for timely high quality results + Interest and ability to understand technical products at a basic level + Ability to understand complex business relationships that involve three or four parties + Aerospace interest/knowledge/experience a plus EOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled.
