Better together than apart. This position is on-site and we are looking for good people who share our passion.
Position Responsibilities
Coordinate scheduling for corporate aircraft including chartering hotel arrangements ground transportation and catering.
Arrange and track maintenance with mechanics.
Generate crew trip sheets and passenger trip itineraries.
Maintain passenger crew and aircraft databases.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
2+ years of aircraft scheduling experience.
Knowledge of BART Aviation scheduling software or similar systems.
Skilled in Microsoft Office products.
