Better together than apart. This position is on-site and we are looking for good people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for corporate aircraft including chartering hotel arrangements ground transportation and catering.

• Arrange and track maintenance with mechanics.

• Generate crew trip sheets and passenger trip itineraries.

• Maintain passenger crew and aircraft databases.

• Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.

• 2+ years of aircraft scheduling experience.

• Knowledge of BART Aviation scheduling software or similar systems.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office products.
