He/She performs general office duties including word processing data entry auditing documents answering phones distributing mail reserving conference rooms coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul> <li>Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel. </li><li>Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution. </li></ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p><ul> <li>HS Diploma GED or International equivalent </li><li>Effective oral/written communication problem solving basic research and time management skills </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Access and Outlook </li><li>Accurate and rapid data entry skills </li></ul> <p>UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination harassment and retaliation. </p><p>UPS is an equal opportunity employer. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
