Tactical Air Support, Inc., a national company headquartered in Reno, Nevada, provides domestic and international "Center of Excellence" training and advisory services in tactical aviation and is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic Drafter/Configuration Manager to join our Aircraft Modification team.

The Aircraft Modification team's mission is to engineer and execute modifications to company and U.S. military aircraft. The Aircraft Mechanical Drafter/Configuration Manager position is an integral part of an elite team of professionals who get things done, enjoy working together, and are committed to growing with this fast-moving company. This position will be part of an innovative and ground-breaking team that is blazing new paths for its customers in the adversary aircraft fighter mission.

The ideal candidate for the Aircraft Mechanic Drafter/Configuration Manager position will be professional, highly productive, disciplined, team-oriented, technically astute, and responsive to the needs of the company, colleagues, and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, this position is vital to Tactical Air's ongoing viability and performance by ensuring production and availability of CAS aircraft. The Aircraft Mechanical Drafter/Configuration Manager will be responsible to execute engineering design, development, test, and analysis of aircraft and structures to include U.S. Navy F-5N+F+ series aircraft. This position will communicate and collaborate with aircraft maintenance, pilots, engineering team members, and program management in support of mission systems.
