Description: TEL Staffing seeks a Structural Mechanic I.

Note: A&P is not a requirement, but it is preferred for obvious reasons. As for structures experience outside of aviation, we would consider it depending on their level of experience. Structures work varies drastically from heavy equipment to aircraft. Feel free to submit candidates with structures experience outside of aviation.

Which Program does this requirement support? G700 Retrofit
Role and Responsibilities – what the resource will be doing on a day-to-day basis?
Removing/Installing structural components, removing/Installing/rigging flight controls and assisting other team members as required.
Duration of assignment – can this potentially extend or convert to FT?
Contractor to direct hire after minimum 90 days of observation. Dependent on availability, attendance, and ability to perform required duties.
Must-Have skills:Basic knowledge aircraft structures
Non-Negotiable skills:Successfully pass all required training.
Preferred skills?Advanced knowledge of aircraft structures. A&P license.
What are the Unique skills for this role? Able to work as a team member to support company goals. Team player. Good attitude.
Education Level: High School Diploma or GED required.
Prior GAC experience (Yes/No): N/A
Will there be training provided or would they need to hit the ground running? Training is provided
