Job Title: Station Leader (Player-Coach) - Detroit MIPay: $80000 - $85000 per year + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

SkyHop Global is a national leader in airline crew transportation operating 24/7/365 across major U.S. markets. As we expand into Detroit we are looking for a hands-on Station Leader who is ready to build lead and grow a high-performing team from the ground up.
This is a player-coach role-you wont just manage the operation youll be in it. Expect to spend approximately 50% of your time driving leading by example and setting the standard for safety service and performance.

What Youll Do

• Lead day-to-day station operations in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
• Drive routes and transport airline crew members safely and professionally (~50% of the time)
• Hire train coach and develop drivers and support staff
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
• Monitor KPIs schedules and service levels to meet client expectations
• Partner with dispatch safety and leadership teams to drive performance
• Build a strong team culture focused on accountability teamwork and growth

• Proven leadership experience in transportation logistics or operations
• Hands-on "lead from the front" mindset-this is not a desk-only role
• Open availability - must be able to support a 24/7/365 operation (including nights weekends and holidays)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Clean driving record (no moving violations in the past 3 years)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and assist with crew luggage
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to all company driving policies
• No personal mobile device usage while operating company vehicles (per company policy)
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
