We are seeking an experienced online lead generator in the aviation field or ideally travel or other tourism industry. This is a highly visible position having direct contact with future and current clients. The successful incumbent is will primarily use the internet email and social media campaigns for prospecting and work collaboratively with internal and external sales teams to close chatter sales opportunities. This position will also include airdate sourcing responsibilities such as sourcing retail charter aircraft and qualifying inbound web and phone leads. This role requires a flexible schedule which may include nights weekends and Holidays. Confident driven self-starter who not afraid of challenging work will be rewarded in this unique role. + Previous experience in aviation travel services or luxury retailers+ Previous work experience in sales marketing promotions or telemarketing+ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written including the ability to craft exciting emails to prospects that pique their interest and result in a new meeting+ A high level of professionalism+ Strong command of the English language+ Ability to quickly learn software products and industry terminology + Persistent yet pleasant attitude+ High-volume cold calling appointment setting or lead generation experience+ CRM experience (HubSpot highly desired) + Detail-oriented driven and tenacious+ Results-oriented and strong multi-tasking+ Capable of handling rejection+ Highly competent with technology and systems+ Collage Education (Preferred)Job Functions+ Address 100+ inbound web leads per day+ Develop sales opportunities for Private Jet Advisors via email+ Listen and access client?s needs acting on them in real-time and with haste+ Update the CRM with new prospect information and qualifying questions+ Obtain prospects information such as contact name email address and other information+ Strategically source new prospects using HubSpot and Google Ads+ Communicate product descriptions which requires getting accurate information from the prospective customer and interpreting it in a cold call or email+ Making outgoing ?cold? to ?hot? calls to develop new business+ Follow up with the sales manager providing a list of new contacts or to give salespeople a little heads-up about a specific customer request+ Generate quality leads+ Maintain sales quotas as determined by managementQualifications Education/Experience:+ Some college preferred+ Strong customer service experience (2-3 years)Skills/Knowledge/Behaviors:+ High-level customer service skills+ Good verbal and written communication skills+ Good organizational skills+ Team playerFunctional and Technical Competencies:+ Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Excel Word and PowerPointCompany Culture:Teamwork culture environment ?
