The Loyalty Customer Service and Marketing Analyst will be r esponsible for planning and delivering a marketing plan to ensure our loyalty members are fully engaged with Signature Flight Supports loyalty programs. This will include the balancing of initiatives to encourage points earning and redemption in accordance with business needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in refining our industry-leading loyalty marketing plan. As the worlds largest private aviation flight support network, we are breaking new ground in the business and general aviation industry and are looking for an analyst to play a key role in an industry defining team.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Contribute, develop and execute a loyalty marketing plan to ensure member engagement with the loyalty program
Monitor and report on the status, health and effectiveness of the loyalty program
Create an internal segmentation strategy to ensure the business can easily understand and identify our broad range of customers and how they engage with us
Refine segments, promotions and campaigns based on evaluation of campaign conversion, customer retention, customer cross-sell, campaign dilution and campaign ROI
Work with the Marketing team to create, compose and deliver marketing messages to our members
Work closely with teams across the management spectrum (Operations, Revenue Management, Sales)

4 year higher education degree Marketing or Business Administration preferred. Experience in loyalty marketing preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, CRM experience a plus. Experience in customer service or call center preferred. Valid drivers license required.
