Job Summary
Reporting to the Group Exec VP Human Resources and Signature Chief Operating Officer, the job holder is responsible for providing key thought leadership, influence, and hands-on engagement to ensure effective deployment of the human capital agenda to achieve business results partners with business leaders and peers to grow the business and ensure organizational capability for Signature Operations, globally. This is a newly created role responsible for hands-on management and effective leadership of a global team of 20 HR generalists and 10 recruitment staff, to ensure Signature has the right talent, in the right role and the right time.
Responsibilities
Provides leadership, guidance, and counsel to Signature COO and key business leaders on global matters related to talent, organizational change, and human development
Consults with and influences senior leaders on key business issues that have HR implications, and on decisions that affect employees and the organization
Lead a global team of 20 generalists to support the effective day-to-day operations of the business forecasting talent needs to ensure the FBOs have the right people, in the right roles at the right time
Manage a team of one talent acquisition manager and 10 recruiters to ensure that open positions are being effectively sourced and filled with high-quality candidates
Responsible for driving corporate employee engagement programs in Signature Operations partner with COEs to/_drive local led_/engagement efforts, hold people managers accountable for their teams engagement scores and necessary development programs to help them improve scores
Responsible for leading efforts to understand issues driving employee attrition and developing strategies to reduce overall employee turnover
Analyzes problems to root cause and implements sustainable improvement measures. E.g. digs deep into attrition issues, to look at multiple factors that could contribute to attrition beyond just salary.
Create long-term labor relations strategy to maintain strong relationship with union and drive the interest of the company
Performs organizational assessments relative to business strategies, and partners with appropriate COEs to develop programs to address gaps and issues, including, partnering with Talent & Organizational Development, Compensation and Internal Communications
Drives assessment of organizational talent capability to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement and partners with VP of Talent & OD to develop talent management strategies for building organizational bench strength and key capabilities
Represents Signature Operations in talent calibration sessions and ensures the matching of talent to the skills and knowledge requirements of leadership positions participates in selection of key organizational talent engages in career discussions with key talent career coaching and advising
Interprets and leverages relevant data, internal and external, and incorporates data-driven solutions into key HR strategies that drive action for key strategic decisions, customer requirements, and employees
Leads the development of continuous improvement of HR systems and processes that support the business through effective partnership with BBA HR COEs
Diagnoses organizational structure, including spans, layers, talent, to ensure it meets the current and future needs of the business designs new functions and roles to help the business achieve its objectives
Proactively participates in long-range planning and decision making
Participate in the due diligence activities for any potential acquisition, contributes to the analysis of HR issues, make recommendations, and lead the integration efforts for Signature Operations
Protect the interests of both the employee and the Company in accordance with HR related legal requirements and government reporting regulations monitor exposure of the Company, take appropriate remedial action, and direct the preparation of information requested or required for compliance


Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred or other relevant advanced degree in HR, Business or other applicable area of study
15 years HR strong generalist experience but who has also at least 3 years firsthand knowledge of labor relations and managing a global team
International experience is required
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering and developing productive relationships with senior leadership and line managers across the business
Successful track record of working in matrix organization
Experience managing complex projects and budgets to align with business conditions
Financial and general business acumen that exceeds the typical expectation for the role
Knowledge of global laws related to HR, particularly in areas related to organizational change
Demonstrates working knowledge of HRIS software and systems experience with Oracle Cloud platforms a plus
