Loyalty Marketing Manager Featured

Assists the Vice President of Marketing with the development, planning and execution of the Companys loyalty program.
Identify, develop and roll out enhancements to existing loyalty program using travel/hospitality best practices.
Working closely with combined Commercial team (incl. Marketing, Sales and Revenue Management) as well as frontline Operations, leverage loyalty program to drive and support company initiatives.
Define and report key performance metrics on programs effectiveness using host of software/reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau, Excel, Alteryx).
Design and maintain social media, electronic media and Company websites to drive brand loyalty.
Supervise one or more direct reports.
Assist in setting marketing strategy and yearly goals.
Attend industry and customer events with direct interaction with customers.
Manage inbound customer calls and inquiries system/staff as related to loyalty and ensure timely and accurate resolution to exceed customer expectations.
Adhere to the goals, standards and objectives of the Company.
Other duties may be assigned strategic role within the Company.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have a BA/BS degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent
Minimum three years of marketing experience with loyalty marketing/customer acquisition and retention experience.
Must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Must possess a valid state drivers license.
Must be willing to travel on a regular basis.
Preferred Experience
Experience with customer relationship management (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) experience is preferred.
Knowledge of private or commercial aviation, cruise line, hotel, banking or credit card loyalty programs.
