Customer Service Representative duties include:
Assisting customers with requested services such as arranging hotel/travel accommodations and assisting with ground transportation.
Resolving customer requests and questions.
Providing transport to customers by shuttle van to and from the airport terminal and local hotels.
# Position Requirements
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills. Must possess a valid state Drivers License. Previous customer experience preferred. Previous FBO experience a plus!
