Receive incoming customer inquiries as related to loyalty programs and resolve customer requests
Deliver information and guidance to customers seeking information from SFS
Utilize CRM, Signatures loyalty platform to help manage the loyalty process
Communicate/ educate & support all locations to increase engagement of employees with loyalty programs
Increase adoption level for the CSRs about loyalty programs and how to utilize them
Support in launching new promotions and all training programs for bases
Support in analyzing customer base and identify revenue generating opportunities
Support in the reporting and metrics to understand overall customer retention/repeat behavior across key segments
Support in overseeing day-to-day implementation and analysis of the Rewards program
o Refine segments, promotions and campaigns based on evaluation of campaign conversion, customer retention, customer cross-sell, campaign dilution and campaign ROI
o Create customer segments for deployment of Rewards Coupons
o Develop and monitor success at program, customer segment, and campaign level
Validate proper execution of all promotions
Support in monitoring the competitive landscape, testing new approaches and adopting best-practice strategies


4 year higher education degree Marketing or Business Administration preferred. Experience in loyalty marketing preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, CRM experience a plus. Experience in customer service or call center preferred. Valid drivers license required.
