Accrued time is available for immediate use; prorated first year</strong> </li></ul> <p><strong>Summary</strong> </p><p>The Press Operator uses computers to setup and run cure programs for the Press and layup panels using Prepreg fabric and honeycomb core according to Standard Work Instructions. </p><p><strong>Level II</strong> </p><p>Experienced/Intermediate level is an experienced individual semi-skilled worker who operates machines factory-related processing equipment or vehicles. Has acquired skills from training and work experience has limited autonomy and works under moderate supervision. Achieves competency with skills assigned to this level. </p> <p><strong>Tasks</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Layup composite panels using Prepreg fabric honeycomb core potting and review recipe configurations to ensure all cure specifications are met. </li></ul> <ul><li>Meet schedules time allowances and monitor oven cures frequently to ensure no discrepancies in software program; updating supervisor. </li></ul> <ul><li>Decipher parts and quantity requiring additional probes wires fixtures or thermocouple placement before oven cure process. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Remove probes wires fixtures and clean all parts prior to distributing to the next process. </li></ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong> </p><ul type="disc"> <li>Advanced math skills. </li><li>Ability to comprehend and follow written specifications. </li><li>Possess analytical and problem-solving skills. </li></ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong> </p><ul type="disc"> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Forklift Operation Experience. </li></ul> <p><strong>Education</strong> </p><ul type="disc"> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong> </p><ul type="disc"> <li>One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred. </li></ul> <p><strong>Computer Skills</strong> </p><ul type="disc"> <li>Advanced computer skills. </li></ul> <p><strong>Working Conditions</strong> </p><p>While performing typical duties of this job production employees will experience the conditions noted below.
