<h5>Aviator Position </h5><p>As an Aviator you will take part in a 12-month immersive experience in the Red Bull On Premise world. You will learn face-to-face sales relationship-building tactics execution methods and event activation standards within all On Premise settings like bars clubs restaurants hospitality catering food service events and festivals. Reporting to a Regional On Premise Manager you will grow the business and represent Red Bull in your area by developing important customer relations and securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull at point-of-sale. Your main priorities will be learning how to manage accounts across all the segments of On Premise and maximizing Red Bulls presence within your territory. This is a unique opportunity to impact a growing global brand. </p><h5>Areas That Play To Your Strengths </h5><p>All the responsibilities well trust you with: </p><ul> <li>Strengthen our long-term professional relationships with existing on premise accounts and create new partnerships with industry influencers </li><li>Learn how to use sales and negotiation to increase earnings for both customers and Red Bull surpassing prior marketing sales targets </li><li>Negotiate partnership agreements </li><li>Learn strategies for expanding distribution visibility and execution in the market </li><li>Bring the brand to life at the trendiest restaurants and bars top clubs major festivals exclusive events and in the extended On Premise universe of catering and food service accounts </li><li>Analyze sales data to gain insights shaping plans for customers and the territory </li></ul> <li>Learn the brand what we have to offer and what makes us unique </li><li>Manage multiple accounts </li><li>Implement On-Premise sales and marketing strategies tailored to your region </li><li>Take a hands-on approach: set up coolers infrastructure and point-of-sale materials </li><li>Build your personal reputation and learn how to represent the brand in a positive way </li><li>Practice how to make a lasting first impression and how to differentiate yourself from other sales reps </li><li>Learn Red Bulls Brand Personality Attributes what they mean for you and how they will guide you in daily customer interactions </li><h5>Your Areas Of Knowledge And Expertise That Matter Most For This Role: </h5><p>that matter most for this role: </p><ul> <li>Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage </li><li>Previous experience in CPG/sales through work experience or internships </li><li>Experience in the beverage industry gastronomy hospitality and catering marketing sales or as your own boss </li><li>Navigation of custom and standard Microsoft Office applications </li><li>Open to working flexible hours evenings weekends and some holidays </li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the responsibilities of this job </li><li>Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License </li></ul> <ul><li>Travel 20-30% </li><li>Permanent </li><li>Benefits eligible </li></ul> <h5>Got What It Takes? </h5><p>In your application we want to see your personal style - what makes you tick and why you think your next opportunity is here with us. </p><p>The salary for this position is $75600. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
