We are seeking an Aircraft on Ground Technician to support mobile maintenance operations across our service center network in Chamblee GA; Rock Hill SC; Sarasota FL; or Westminster MD. Responsibility for responding to Aircraft on Ground events performing field maintenance and troubleshooting and supporting return‑to‑service activities in fast‑paced customer environments.ResponsibilitiesResponse to Aircraft on Ground events on a 24/7 on‑call basis including travel to customer locations for maintenance supportPerformance of inspections troubleshooting repair and maintenance activities on Pilatus PC‑12 and PC‑24 aircraft in field environmentsIndependent troubleshooting fault isolation corrective maintenance and return‑to‑service support in time‑sensitive situationsCompliance with FAA regulations approved technical data repair station procedures and safety requirements during all maintenance activitiesCoordination with maintenance support teams regarding technical findings operational status tooling requirements and parts needs throughout Aircraft on Ground eventsDocumentation of maintenance performed discrepancies identified corrective actions taken and parts usage in maintenance records and work ordersPerformance of operational checks functional testing and ground runs to verify aircraft system functionality and return‑to‑service readinessMaintenance of assigned tools equipment and mobile maintenance resources to support operational readinessProfessional representation of the organization during customer interactions and field support activitiesSupport of continuous improvement initiatives related to Aircraft on Ground response operations and field maintenance processesWhat you bringHigh school diploma or GED required; FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate requiredMinimum 3-5 years of aircraft maintenance experience including independent troubleshooting and repair of turbine aircraft systems; Pilatus PC‑12/PC‑24 experience preferredStrong knowledge of aircraft systems including airframe engine avionics electrical and hydraulic systems along with return‑to‑service procedures and field maintenance practicesProficiency with electronic maintenance records work orders technical documentation and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong troubleshooting communication decision‑making and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently in customer‑facing environmentsHigh level of accountability professionalism urgency and commitment to safety quality travel flexibility and irregular work schedules in support of Aircraft on Ground operationsWhat we offer11 paid holidays a year plus 15 days of paid vacation time and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus90% of medical dental and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage averaging $9600 annuallyMonthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2250 for single coverage and $3000 for family coverage annually401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6%Life and long‑term disability insurance premiums paid in fullTuition assistance available annually after the first yearThe pay range for this position is $34 - $46 per hour depending on experience.
