Responsibilities: + Coordinatewiththetrainingofficertrainingnon-commissioned officer (NCO)squadronaviationresourcemanagement(SARM)Unit DeploymentManager(UDM)andOperationsOfficer(DO) toarrangeascheduletofacilitateoperationsqualificationupgradetestexercisesandcontinuationtrainingaccomplishmenttomeetrequiredcurrencyandprogressionstandardsin accordance with (IAW)DOpriorities. + Buildlong-andshort-rangeshiftschedulestoensurefullcoverageofallaircrewinstructorevaluatorsupportpersonnelandsupervisorpositions. + Build device utilization schedules to ensure student throughput requirements Government Use Time (GUT) Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) exercises testing events and all other device-specific activities are met and comply with contractual requirements. + Coordinatewithseniorsquadronleadershiponadailyandweeklybasis.Coordinatewithsimulator contractorsasrequiredforsimulatorevents. + Trackcrewmemberleavetemporarydutyscheduledmedicalappointmentsorotherscheduling commitments and backfill their absences.Contractorwillde-conflictcrewmemberschedulesandcoordinatewithflightleadershiptoensure crewmembersare availabletomeetassignedsortietaskings. + Trackdailyflight/ground/academictrainingrequirementsandaccomplishmentstofacilitateaccurateflightschedulinginsupportofthe DO.Tothemaximumextentpossiblescheduleaircrewbasedon experiencetomitigateOperationalRiskManagement(ORM)asdetailedinAMCI90-903AviationORM. ScheduleIAWguidanceasoutlinedbyStandardization/Evaluation (Stan/Eval)inconjunctionwithapplicableaircraftmanualsappropriatesupplementsandtheGo-No/GoProcessGuide.Updateswillbereportedtosquadronleadership and be made available to students and instructors through Government-approved means. + Facilitatelast-minuteschedulechangestoensurefullcoveragebyworkingwiththecurrentmission commander/operationssupervisor(orequivalent)andflightrepresentative(s)responsiblefortheshiftthatisnotfullymanned. + Publish/postschedulingdataforunitlong-andshort-rangeground/academicflyingandsimulatortrainingeventschedulesona Government-designatedsystem. + ComplywithOperationsGroup(OG)WingCurrentOperations(OSO)andGroupTraining(OST)locally-developedguidancewhenbuildingtheschedule. + Performdailyupdatesofschedulingdatatocompensateforchangingconditionsandtrainingcompletionrates. + CoordinatewithOGOSOOSToutsideagencies/exerciseparticipantsandhigherheadquarters representatives(i.e.REDFLAGGREENFLAGMobilityGuardianWeaponsSchoolsupport)forreportingandtofacilitateexercise andspecialeventschedules. + ProvideinputstoWingScheduling/CurrentOperationsthrough attendanceatweeklymeetingsforschedule coordinationandde-confliction. + ProduceFlightAuthorizationswhichhaveclearedtheGroupStan/EvalGo-No/Goprocess. + UpdateLoadTrackerforthenextweeksschedule. + Producethe FlyingHourProgramReport. + Providesecuritymanager(s)aweeklylistofJoint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)requirementsinordertogenerateJPASlettersasrequiredfortrainingmissions. + CoordinatewithapplicableAerialDeliveryCargo LoadTraining supervisionBoom Operator andLoadmasterSchedulersandWingScheduling/CurrentOperations toensureappropriatetrainingloadsareassignedand configured appropriatelytoeachlineontheschedule. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: + Must have: + Two (2) years of experience as a USAF aircrew member or; + Two (2) years of experience working in a United States Air Force (USAF) Squadron Group or Wing flying scheduling office or; + Five (5) years of experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) Flying Squadron Group or Wing flying scheduling office; or; + Five (5) years of experience as a scheduler in a transportation maritime or commercial airline company. + One (1) year of experience working with Global Decision Support System (GDSS) or similar proprietary scheduling program. + Two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent written verbal communication and customer relations skills. + Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Additional Skills and/or Requirements: + Active Secret Security Clearance required (within 10-year eligibility window and in use in the past 24 months).
