Job Description
- Provide hands-on quality support directly on the manufacturing floor
- Lead and coordinate First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102
- Partner with production engineering and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Support supplier quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Investigate nonconformances and drive root cause / corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 customer and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering
- Strong understanding of First Article Inspections (FAI) and production processes
- Experience working in regulated environments (aerospace preferred)
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers customers and internal teams
- Hands-on on-the-floor mindset with strong problem-solving skills
