Job Title

Quality Engineer

Job Description

Provide hands-on quality support directly on the manufacturing floor. Lead and coordinate First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102. Partner with production engineering and suppliers to resolve quality issues. Support supplier quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Investigate nonconformances and drive root cause / corrective actions. Ensure compliance with AS9100 customer and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering. Strong understanding of First Article Inspections (FAI) and production processes. Experience working in regulated environments (aerospace preferred). Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards preferred. Ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers customers and internal teams. Hands-on on-the-floor mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
