Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Location: Baltimore International Airport
+ Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour
+ Schedule: 1:30pm - 9:00pm must work weekends and holidays
+ Training: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm
Planning organizing coordinating and directing the FIS activities and Agents to meet established service delivery timelines and customer expectations.
Maintains effective relationships with customers. Ensures work standards and performance are compliant with Customer expectations.
Identifies manages and utilizes needed resources in order to meet the operational goals and timely service.
Understands issues and opportunities for improvement gathers necessary data and communicates with appropriate personnel to resolve issues.
Ensures Team Members successfully comply with all Company training requirements investigates causes of accidents and recommends safety measures for preventing further occurrences is able to meet the Stations attendance standards.
Other duties may be assigned.

+ Must possess a valid US Driver’s License or State ID + 1 other ID to obtain custom badge/seal (we can accept a US Birth Certificate or Social Security Card or US Passport or Permanent Resident Card)

+ Must be bilingual Spanish and English
