Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team.
Location: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Arlington VA (DCA)
Pay: $27.00/hour
Schedule: 0800-1630 Monday trough Friday
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles – Check all safeties on equipments
+ Rotate tires and perform tire services as needed
+ Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or necessary repairs
+ Complete basic automotive diagnostics to identify problems
+ Use power tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks
+ Maintain accurate records of all services performed
+ Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
+ Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
+ Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Qualifications and Experience:
+ Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar automotive service role is preferred
+ Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
+ Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in vehicle maintenance
+ Ability to align with company standards and procedures
+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose basic automotive issues
+ Must be 18 years of age
+ Must possess valid US driver’s license
+ Must pass pre-employment drug screen
+ Ability to proficiently read write and speak English
+ Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
+ Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
+ All mechanics are required to perform all duties of the other positions as needed do to operational need; Example: Level 1 Mechanic may need to perform tasks of a Level 3 Mechanic when directed
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Airport Badge
+ Must be able to lift 70 pounds with most items weighing between 2 and 20 pounds. Occasionally may be required to lift items weighing up to 90 pounds. Assistance should be provided for items weighing over 70 pounds.
+ Frequent sitting standing twisting reaching pushing and pulling bending stooping kneeling or squatting daily.
