Ensure safety security and training policies and consistent standards are implemented throughout the Station.
Proactively promote a ‘safety first’ culture.
Be able to perform daily ITP/Load Rack Safety Audits and document findings.
Be able to perform one on one interactions with fuelers; discussing observed areas of concern versus best practices.
Be able to perform daily fueling equipment spot checks for safety related discrepancies and oversights.
Brief senior staff on discrepancy and oversight trends and concerns during monthly safety meetings.
Has the duty to suggest any improvements to working practices especially those relating to safety and security.
Observe all proper fueling practices are being followed at the load rack facility.
Ensure all fuel trucks are being properly guided on and off load rack facility.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Candidate requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
+ Must be able to speak read and write in English proficiently.
+ Valid US driver’s license with good driving record.
+ Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
+ Work is done primarily outdoors. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
+ Prior ramp experience required.
+ Self-motivated disciplined with a can do attitude.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at different levels and from different cultural/ethnic backgrounds.
+ Must pass a drug test.
+ Comfortably and continuously lift/move 70 lbs.
+ Must pass a background check and obtain a custom seal.
