Description
Responsibilities:
+ Records all receipts into accounting system
+ Reconciles outgoing jet fuel volume
+ Investigates all inventory variances
+ Works with corporate office to prepare reports for billing
+ Prepares month end reports for customers and suppliers
+ Allocates fuel receipts among customers and suppliers
+ Communicates between internal and external departments (in multiple cities)
+ Investigates and corrects inventory related customer issues as needed
+ Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions
+ Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with the Company and Airlines specific procedures and policies
+ Required to attend the mandatory training imposed by the Company and Airlines as per job role
+ Performs other duties and assignments as directed
+ + Requirements:
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
+ Must be 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada
+ Must be able to obtain and hold all required security clearances
+ Must have valid Provinvial driver’s license
+ Proficient in MS Excel formulas/spreadsheets
+ Computer proficient including web browser/internet/outlook
+ Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
+ Flexible work schedule including: weekends and holidays ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
