+ Create and publish weekly monthly and quarterly Health and Safety dashboards in order to monitor performance across the AMI regions.
+ Create and publish the monthly Network Safety and Security Performance Report.
+ Provide statistical information for the publication of the Monthly Safety Security Action Group and Executive Internal Review Boards.
+ Support the regional teams in providing quarterly safety and security performance analysis and ensure consistent implementation of safety and security policies and standards.
+ Drive and follow up action items as developed from SMART 8 Pillar and as mandated by the Menzies Aviation PLC.
+ Drive our health and safety reporting from Reactive > Proactive > Predictive.
+ Provide general administration to MORSE SMART Qlik Sense and E-Learning.
+ Train AMI staff and management on all safety systems.
+ Serve as Operational backup for staff extended absence.
+ Provide administrative support as needed.
+ Help with standardizing operational processes and procedures.
+ Maintain all local national and global tariff sheets.
+ Operations trainer backup and support.
+ Serve as primary TSA CBP FAA and MA PLC safety contact coordinate all compliance reviews and initiate corrective action where necessary.
+ Being prepared to travel within operational Regions and to deploy worldwide (less than 10% of time).
+ Prepared to attend accident sites (less than 10% of time).
+ Perform other duties and undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Business intelligence Tools.
+ Working knowledge of air cargo ideally to include freight forwarding and dangerous goods.
+ Previous working knowledge in the field of statistical data analysis.
+ Strong communications and interpersonal skills
+ Previous operational experience
+ Self-motivated disciplined and flexible attitude to work.
+ Aptitude to give support to management where required.
