ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures the effective operation of the fuel facility by performing or assisting subordinates with operational duties.
Issues written and oral instructions.
Assures adherence to safety procedures.
Recommends manpower requirements.
Maintains harmony among workers and consults with the HR Representative in resolving employee grievances.
Is able to meet the Station’s attendance standards.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities including planning assigning and directing work employee recognition and addressing issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or twelve (12) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
