Description, duties, responsibilities
+ Energy and passion to deliver our Sales Strategy for AMI products in the South West region
+ Play a key part in achieving optimistic targets and goals for them self
+ Support and engage in product marketing
+ Understanding and analyzing the current competitor landscape
+ Increase customer base across all products and services
+ Drive and engage in USA and overseas sales travel where required
+ Work with the Branches to provide feedback and solutions on our performance from the eyes of the customer
+ Adopt the highest levels of customer service and being proactive in management of any follow up.
Qualifications and Experience:
+ Proven senior sales manager / business development with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales position with a GSA and/or airline preferably also freight forwarder industry experience.
+ A self-starter.
+ Have the ability to travel when required.
+ Self-motivated disciplined and a proven success in relationship development.
+ Smart appearance and ability to interact/liaise with management on all levels and professional at all times.
+ Good knowledge of all modes of transport including Air Freight Express USA road and rail movements.
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
+ Must have on-the-road sales experience with good negotiation skills.
+ Must be able to drive and possess a clean Driver’s licence.
+ Strives to understand the customer and their needs and has the ability to provide solutions for customers.
+ Builds trust easily especially with customers.
+ Target driven and a bias for action.
+ Displays a high level of customer service and maturity when dealing with customers.
+ Possess gravitas and have the ability to talk positively about our products and services.
+ Has motivational and inspirational presence.

+ Bachelors or better
Licenses and Certifications
+ DRIVERS LICENSE
+ 5 years: Management experience and business development
+ 5 years: Experience in a sales position with a GSA and/or airline preferably also freight forwarder industry experience.
