For additional company information please visit: Create and/or organize high level integrated master schedules on a daily basis in accordance with the requirements or needs of the necessary stakeholders. Track analyze and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports. Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control. Prepare implement and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity. Monitor projects progress including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date. Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule scope and budget of projects. Track baselines perform what-if analysis and develop contingency plans. Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues monitor action items and work with the project manager to ensure resolution. Work hand-in-hand with other employees to make sure that all issues that are related to scheduling are properly handled and resolved. Rectify and/or reconcile differences and inaccuracies that are received from multiple customers. Maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate and timely. Data entry functions including integrating information into required reports. Prepare correspondence per standard Government formats; (both classified and unclassified); management and operation of facsimile printing and copying equipment; and supplies and equipment ordering. Assist with writing end of week reports monthly activity reports bi-monthly reports. Support in the planning preparation editing creation and publication of finished products e.g. program documentation plans directives reports briefings and other presentations as required (technical and non-technical; classified and unclassified) in the media and format requested. Assist in verifying checklists against current administrative and organizational processes and assist in maintenance of a tracking system for identification and correction of deficiencies. Serve as the initial focal point for collecting and visually displaying materials for staff meetings and office organized information exchange meetings. Files management. Minimum 8 years of experience directly related to the above responsibilities and at least an Associates degree. A Bachelors degree is preferred. Strong communication skills - written and verbal Knowledge of current DoD acquisition regulations/policy and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations Knowledge of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Centers framework directives and policies Additional training education and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: Weapons Systems Acquisition Project Management Weapons Systems Acquisition Logistics Weapons Systems Acquisition Test and Evaluation Good analytical and planning skills. Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS project Excellent organizational and time management skills Duties will require unescorted entry and work within classified SAP and SCI facilities. Must have 36 months or more of experience in a SAP environment within the last 5 years Please Note: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to contract requirements.
