Our leading brands include ITT Cannon Enidine Aerospace Controls and kSARIA.Position SummaryThe Engineered Valves site in Lancaster PA develops and manufactures valves serving the Pharmaceutical Chemical and Nuclear industries. Lean Technicians are responsible for polishing our hygienic valve products while performing other production related activities for all goods manufactured by flowing the product at the pull of the customer. Responsible for the inspection and quality of the products produced at the Lancaster site. This is a 2nd shift position.Essential ResponsibilitiesCore Skills - Lean Tech I Polisher and Certified Polisher Telesis Tumblers Paint and Sandblast B-Grind. Other duties may be assigned Cross Training occurs organicallyPosition RequirementsAttention to detailAll of our sanitary valves go through a 100% inspection process after polish. Ability to work under pressureThe customers might ask us to expedite and order so employees should be able to finish the work in a timely manner when circumstances like these arise. Strong organizational and communication skills analytical experience and problem solving.
