Position Summary
As a QA Inspector you will be responsible for inspecting products at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. You will identify defect deviations and non-conformances. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success and reputation of the company.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products at different stages of the manufacturing process.
- Identify and document defects deviations and non-conformances in accordance with established procedure.
- Use of measurement tools such as calipers micrometer measure scope and drop indicators to verify product specifications and quality standards.
- Inspection performed using microscopes.
- Maintain accurate inspection records including reports logs and documentation.
- Keep area clean and organized according to internal procedures.
- Must work well with others - comfortable working and contributing in a team environment
- Ability to learn and follow internal system and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience performing Quality Inspection preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Blueprint reading required
- Microsoft Office - Beginner level acceptable
- Proven experience as a quality inspector or relevant role
- Keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
- Effective communication skills
- ASQ Certification
- ISO/ AS9100 experience

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications location as well as market and business considerations.
Equal Pay Act Range
Hourly range is from $20.77 to $30.77 plus a benefit plan.
