Position Summary

As a QA Inspector you will be responsible for inspecting products at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. You will identify defect deviations and non-conformances. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success and reputation of the company.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products at different stages of the manufacturing process.
• Identify and document defects deviations and non-conformances in accordance with established procedure.
• Use of measurement tools such as calipers micrometer measure scope and drop indicators to verify product specifications and quality standards.
• Inspection performed using microscopes.
• Maintain accurate inspection records including reports logs and documentation.
• Keep area clean and organized according to internal procedures.
• Must work well with others - comfortable working and contributing in a team environment
• Ability to learn and follow internal system and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• This position requires visibility to controlled documents.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience performing Quality Inspection preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Blueprint reading required
• Microsoft Office - Beginner level acceptable
• Proven experience as a quality inspector or relevant role
• Keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
• Effective communication skills

• ASQ Certification
• ISO/ AS9100 experience
