What Were Looking For

Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts administrative and technical to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as primary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule within budget and with maximum client satisfaction. Handles the most complex projects of the largest magnitude.

Primary Focus Will Include:

• Provide oversight and management of the scope of work budget and schedule for the project including risk and change management.

• Serve as the principal point of contact for management of all contracts associated with the project.

• Provide overall management of the project team during design construction testing acceptance and turn-over of the project including oversight of the implementation of:

• Phased demolition of the existing infrastructure.

• Temporary facilities during construction.

• Phased construction of new buildings and associated infrastructure.

• Facilitation of collaborative communication between all stakeholders for successful delivery of the project as a part of the overall program.

• Ensure effective and timely communication between the various project teams stakeholders and owners teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• History of successful leadership on complex projects.

• Previous experience leading projects and teams on complex projects

What Youll Need

Essential Responsibilities:

• Has full responsibility for managing all aspects of project(s). Prepares strategic plans for project success. Serves as primary liaison contact with the clients to bring projects to completion on schedule within budget and with client satisfaction.

• Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts administrative and technical to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.

• Actively manages clients budget schedule and program as well as HNTBs budget and schedule. Responsible for project communications and documentation. Oversees office administrative tasks and project team assignments.

• Provides oversight and monitoring of work to less experienced project managers. Coordinates work efforts and reviews work performed. Schedules and manages for integration of quality management during all phases of a project.

• Estimates fees determines scope of work and prepares proposals and contracts on the most complex projects of the largest magnitude.

• Responsible for performance evaluations work allocation training and mentoring of staff.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture Interior Architecture/Design or Architectural/Civil Engineering

• 12 Years of related experience

• RA RID or PE Certifications/licenses
