Description, duties, responsibilities
We are Jet East A Gama Aviation Company and one of the nation s leading aviation maintenance providers. Our specialties include scheduled maintenance on-demand mobile maintenance for unscheduled events and related services in the areas of structural repairs composite work non-destructive testing (NDT) and paint capabilities.
We have immediate opportunities for Quality Administrator.
Primary duties include:
- Data Entry into Quickbase Program:
- Calibrated tools
- Airworthiness Directives with direction from Chief Inspector
- Vendor Audits Contract Maintenance List
- Maintenance Employee Training
- Send and receive Vendor Audits with direction from Chief Inspector
- Assist with Manual Updates
- Assist with daily logbook entries for MKE aircraft
- Entering into Maintenance Program
- Submitting to Director of Maintenance and filing after signature
- Creating due lists for MKE aircraft as directed by Director of Maintenance
- Assist with CASS Meeting creation and take minutes during meetings
- Assist with Conformity Package creation with direction from Chief Inspector
- Additional duties as needed by Chief Inspector
- Must be able to read and write the English language
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Work well with other team members in a very dynamic environment
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office
- High School or higher education required
- Additional Experience Preferred:
- Aircraft Records Experience
- Quickbase Experience
