Description, duties, responsibilities

BOMBARDIER - WICHITA, KS

• Have a Bachelor's or Master’s (preferred) degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with Aerospace specialization. A higher education would be an asset.
• Have 8 to 10 years of experience in external loads analyses in aerospace
• Have a good understanding of the FAR 25 Airworthiness Regulations
• Have a good understanding of aircraft structures
• Have a strong background in using Nastran for Dynamic/Aeroelastic analysis
• Have experience programming in Matlab, Python, Fortran, or C/C++
• Have knowledge in aircraft flight dynamics
• Have familiarity with fly-by-wire systems and control laws
• Have good organizational skills in planning work activities and completing tasks within budget/schedule, and can work under pressure
• Have good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills both written and spoken
