BOMBARDIER - WICHITA, KS

• You are an FAA-approved designee, DAR or DMIR with ability to new FAA designation authorization as required
• Have five (5) years of experience
• Have previous experience as a lead and/or supervisor
• Have thorough knowledge of aircraft systems including mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics, avionics, and electrical
• Have the interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments, and regulatory agencies
• Have the computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, and web-based applications
• Have a working knowledge of Bombardier / Learjet aircraft product lines which may include aircraft no longer in service
• Have thorough knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 21, 25, 33, 43, 45, 47, 91, 145 and approved ODA Procedures Manual
• Have thorough knowledge of applicable FAA Orders and Advisory Circulars commensurate to the scope of authorizations held
• Have thorough knowledge of applicable safety and operating procedures, i.e., power-on aircraft and flight-line
• Have the planning organization skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting
• Have the ability to maintain objectivity and impartiality while fulfilling duties and responsibilities as an ODA Inspection Unit Member including avoidance of conflicts of interest in the certification environment
