Demonstrates flexibility deep knowledge of group travel and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional travel services for domestic and international itineraries ensuring completion of reservations per group details.Conduct airfare cost analyses for domestic and international itineraries; counsel clients on routes fares and travel products.Maintain professional client relations by promptly responding to telephone and email communications.Stay informed of airline rules security DOT and documentation requirements; communicate information accurately.Build proactive relationships with airline partner Meetings and Incentives Sales representatives.Process air travel arrangements per client requests while enforcing LOA timelines and fee structures; conduct flight monitoring at departure and return.Advise clients on safety preferred suppliers savings logistics and international entry requirements.Handle large volumes of information with strict attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Multitask and manage time and pressure while maintaining professional rapport.Communicate with clients at various organizational levels using diplomacy and tact.Anticipate client needs and address special requests; provide specialized services to VIP clients when needed.Adhere to clients procedures and policy guidelines while applying Fox World Travel practices.Use computer systems effectively to deliver optimum customer service.Improve quality results by studying and recommending process redesigns.Participate in educational opportunities and professional publications to maintain knowledge.Operate with urgency and enthusiasm.Maintain a high level of competency in Travelport GDS.Assist team members in resolving service issues and onboarding new staff.Collaborate with co‑workers across departments to foster trust and mutual respect.Drive standards and best practices while building a culture of engagement.Take ownership of new and different requests to add value.Recommend innovative approaches policies and procedures for continuous improvement.Perform other duties projects and alternate assignments as required.Knowledge Skills Abilities and Competencies 2+ years of travel industry experience or equivalent education and experience; group travel and/or meetings and incentives experience preferred.Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.Flexibility to work different hours including overtime.Proven ability to create domestic and international air travel arrangements.Knowledge of industry codes practices and travel requirements (visas passports immunizations).Understanding of airline group contract parameters concessions and fare structures.Ability to concentrate perform accurately and meet productivity measures.Good geographical awareness of travel industry operations.Strong communication skills; confidence in client interactions.Effective listening and problem‑solving skills.Self‑motivation and initiative with a strong work ethic.Proficiency in GDS; preferred Travelport.Youll Love This Job If You Have Personal effectiveness and credibility.Organizational and planning skills.Customer‑focused and service‑oriented mindset.Strong verbal and written communication.Information gathering and monitoring skills.Problem analysis and solving skills.Sound judgment and decision‑making ability.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle complex situations.Flexibility and ability to work efficiently with frequent interruptions.Physical Demands Requires standing walking sitting climbing reaching above shoulders and moving.
