This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management demand planning and supplier coordination to meet operational and customer requirements effectively.What Youll Do (Responsibilities) Develop and implement inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventoryMonitor inventory performance metrics and adjust forecasting models to align with demand fluctuationsCollaborate with procurement operations and sales teams to ensure alignment of inventory levels with business needsAnalyze usage trends and lead‑time data to improve inventory accuracy and replenishment processesCommunicate with suppliers to address inventory discrepancies expedite critical materials and resolve supply chain issuesOversee the disposition and control of non‑conforming inventory to ensure compliance with quality standardsMaintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions including certification reviews and traceability per company and regulatory requirementsLead cycle count programs and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity and complianceIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste within inventory operationsSupport internal customer and third‑party audits related to inventory accuracy and complianceOther duties as assignedWhat You Bring (Qualifications and Skills) Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of experience in inventory planning supply chain or materials management preferably in aerospace or manufacturingExperience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management softwareKnowledge of AS9120 and quality assurance processes preferredStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to inventory optimizationAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced dynamic environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and suppliersProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word) and experience with inventory management systemsStrong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to process improvementDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and complianceSpecial Requirements U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.ITAR requirement120.15.
