Overview Louis Berger is looking for a highly motivated individual with 5 to 10 years of experience to serve as a Senior Scheduler. Develop Integrated Master Schedules using P6 Coordinate schedules with designers construction and project managers and interface with construction and construction management consultants including but not limited to Landside and Airside work Bridges and Utilities At-Grade Roadways Hotel Road Widening Airside Utilities and Paving South Airside Utilities and Paving North. Candidate will also identify the relationships between the terminal building and parking garage design-build and landside and airside design-bid-build contracts and is responsible for tracking the interdependencies between these contracts. Prepare monthly critique and progress reports. Review contractor schedule logic durations and recovery plans. 3D modeling and 4D scheduling / visualization support. Collects and verifies scheduling data for all work packages from various Program engineering and construction entities. Reviews and analyzes schedules developed by other stakeholders and integrates them with the IMS. Provides written updates on critical paths schedule variances progress and significant developments for inclusion in both Monthly and Quarterly Reports. Evaluates the impact of changes on cost schedule operations and scope documents. Develops conceptual level project schedules for evolving work. Required Skills: The successful candidate will have the following: 5 to 10 years of demonstrated scheduling experience. Aviation experience desirable. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining both design and construction schedules on multi-million dollar infrastructure programs. Extensive experience using Primavera Project Management software. Good oral written and presentation skills. Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field. Candidate must obtain a SWAC ID with associated security clearance and an Airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) ID card with Airfield Driving Privileges immediately upon hiring.
