Essential Job Functions Responsibilities and Duties

Promote flyADVANCEDs commitment to exemplary service and quality by the successful execution of the duties assigned.

Be the face of the company for new and existing customers.

Coordinate aircraft services such as fuel and hangar storage.

Effectively communicate via air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio in addition to other forms ofcommunication.

Maintain customer accounts including processing and auditing invoices.

Generate client reports for preemptive maintenance tracking billing and contract renewal dates.

Assist with administrative duties including maintenance invoicing organizing hangar/leaseback contracts and other airport planning support.

Assist with correspondence with customers regarding various issues such as tenant relations and transientsales.

Support flight operations by coordinating aircraft students and instructor resources with weather and operational needs.

Optimize aircraft availability to maintain the flight schedule and track and coordinate required maintenance events.

Work interdepartmentally with flyGATEWAY staff to ensure all security and required documentation is on file for each student prior to flight.

Act as an ambassador for client success ensuring managed clients and base tenants are actively cared for. Regularly interact with customers to promote the FBO and to measure the level of customer satisfaction. Use customer feedback to constantly develop and improve capabilities and processes.

Facilitate and update master contract files with owner and aircraft information.

Answer customer questions and resolve issues as necessary.

Qualifications/Competencies

Word Excel Outlook and other computer software knowledge required.

Must be tactful courteous and conscience of client needs.

Basic mathematical knowledge.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Aviation experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Must have excellent organizational and time management skills along with outstanding verbal and written communication.

Customer Service/Sales experience in a professional environment required.

Can work shifts that may include evenings weekends and holidays.

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
