Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist(Level 3) to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, California.

Position Responsibilities:

• Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
• Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
• Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
• Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers
• Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
• Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
• Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of Project or Program management experience
• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience leading a team or a project
• Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• OPP scheduling tool experience
• Experience working with large data sets required (e.g. advanced Excel, Power Point, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI)

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $101,150 - $136,850
