Job Description Qualifications:

The Mobility & Surveillance (M & S) Product Security Engineering Capability is seeking Lead Product Security Analyststo support Product Security Engineering activities on Boeing programs in Oklahoma City, OK. Programs supported are AWACS, AEW & C, B-52, B-1, Executive Transport and Hyper-sonic weapons integration activities. Please note that this role is not an IT cybersecurity role, but is instead, a technical engineering position ensuring that we meet our customer requirements to develop secure platforms to enable the safety of our warfighters and mission success.

This is an exciting opportunity to join in at the ground floor of the new Product Security Engineering function at Boeing and to help shape the future in this emerging technical field. You will have access to Product Security engineers and analysts across the Boeing enterprise to accelerate you along the learning curve. Successful candidates will have diverse interests and experience to help apply different lenses on our product architectures to ensure the integrity and security of our Boeing products. While a candidate with a cybersecurity engineering background is a plus, it is not required to be considered for this position.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders (including DOD customers & suppliers) and industry subject matter experts.

  • Integrating security into our system architectures and designs

  • Performing cybersecurity risk assessments

  • Managing the cybersecurity risk of our supply chain

  • Ensuring the security of delivered Boeing software

  • Requirements/specification development, allocation and verification

  • Test procedure development, test execution and/or problem resolution

  • Technical documentation development to meet contractual deliverable requirements

Work Schedule:

This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and aligns to the standard 9/80 work schedule. The 9/80 schedule allows employees to work a nine-hour shift Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off.

Telecommuting:

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This position will at times perform classified work onsite and may be required to perform work onsite for extended periods of time (multiple days or weeks).

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or greater

  • 10 or more years related work experience

  • A Security+ (equivalent or higher) certification

Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with avionics systems 

  • Experience in requirements analysis

  • Experience monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.)

Export Control:

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
