The Boeing Company’s Business Support Services is currently seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst to join their team in Auburn, WA!

This position will focus on supporting Auburn Site Business Operations Team.

Primary Responsibilities:            

  • Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.
  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Develops executive level briefings.
  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Leads the development and deployment of training content.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3 or more years’ experience using basic Microsoft Office and office computing systems.
  • 2 or more years’ experience working directly with executives or senior leaders.
  • 3 or more years’ experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years’ experience as a Project Management Specialist executing several Projects at one time.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 or more years’ experience leading teams in a cross functional environment.

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

  • This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
