Boeing F-15QA Program is hiring for a mid-level Logistics Spares - Expeditor Associate. This position is located at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar in support of the F-15 Field Service organization. Successful candidate will be capable of planning the coordination and delivery of spares within the organization for Boeing focals and personnel based on an understanding of customer needs.

This is a fixed term contract until November 2026

Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for using necessary computer applications to collect spares data, ordering parts, delivery, inspection and disposition of customer returns. Researches customer return circumstances and determines the appropriate course of action per established policy and procedure. Determines disposition of non-conforming products including scrap. Prioritizes and ensures returns are processed promptly and meet customer requirements and department metrics.

  • Provide spares support to on-site managers, employees, and customer.
  • Plan, Coordinate and Organize work scope based on Boeing management input.
  • Assist management with the development, planning and execution of spares-related activities and initiatives.
  • Supports leadership with organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the review of strategic organizational issues and helps to identify recommendations.
  • Openly support leadership with the continuous assessment of overall spares requirements.
  • Aids leadership with analyzing and summarizing data used in the development of key performance indicators KPIs, schedules, equipment/facility needs.
  • Assist customer requests.
  • Document procedures and establishes processes for contractual compliance.
  • Must be able to adapt to non-English speaking cultural environment, work independently with minimal supervision, and be flexible in terms of working hours and shifts.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Inventory management
  • Experience using Spares related computer applications to order, receive, inspect, and directly transport shipments of aircraft related spares and support equipment.
  • Experience of Inspecting parts and documents for compliance to requirements and written procedures and processes part accordingly.
  • Experience of processing returns and issuing customer returns credits.
  • Experience working with departments to help resolve issues.
  • Experience working with vendors and product line managers as needed.

Typical Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree or higher and/or 3 or more years of related experience.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. • 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Al Udeid, Qatar. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Qatar law. Employment is subject to the candidates ability to satisfy all Qatar labor and immigration formalities.
