AP Mechanic w/ Pilot exp
Private flight department in the Pacific Northwest, Bellingham, WA is seeking an AP Mechanic with Pilot experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated and has A&P Mechanic certification. Pilot experience and IA license is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities
We operate a very diverse fleet of corporate aircraft that will be under a constant schedule of manufacturer maintenance programs. This position has several duties and responsibilities. Aircraft maintenance is the primary responsibility; however, some duties are not specifically related to aircraft maintenance such as Pilot duties as needed.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Aircraft scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance including assistance with inspections, troubleshooting and repair on turbine, piston, and rotorcraft aircraft
- Pilot duties as assigned
- Aircraft towing and parking
- Aircraft cleaning
- Aircraft fueling
- Passenger support for departing and returning flights.
- Aircraft owner support as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule is Monday – Friday (some overtime and weekends as needed)
Qualifications/Licenses
- High School or equivalent
- (A&P) Airframe and power plant license (an IA is a plus)
- Valid US driver’s license
- Pilot License
Required Skills/Experience
- Attention to detail
- At least 4 years aviation maintenance experience
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and aviation maintenance best practices
- Strong work ethic
- Problem solving skills
- Must be flexible
Additional Requirements
- Subject to pre-employment drug testing
- Must pass a background check
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Some travel may be required
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
