/ duties will include the following: - Removes existing avionics and installs new avionics equipment in Part 135 and 91 General Aviation/ Corporate jets. - Will be installing all types of major manufacturers avionics efficiently. - Will perform all stages of installation from planning to recommending equipment wire integration and testing systems post-installation. - Performs continuity checks and may assist in the functional check-out of complete aircraft systems. - Will be working with components such as instruments sensors radio communications antennas J-boxes lights - Provides insights on how to create better efficiency in the installation process for any avionics. - Ensures that work accomplished meets applicable regulatory and customer specifications. - Checks all work and ensures a defective-free assembly prior to final inspection.
