Job Description

Client Company Overview
Our client is the second largest airline hub in the world and is the third busiest airport in the world when measuring by aircraft movements. This is the main airport serving Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area. As a contracted staffing firm for the DFW Intl. Airport we are seeking long term associates to work in the Parking Business Unit providing world-class customer service as a Guest Experience associate.

Fort Worth Texas 76131
Pay Rate:
$17.00 Per Hour
Schedule:
Monday Friday; 7am 4pm

Job Type:

Job Summary:
Represents the department with professional presence and a proactive approach fostering teamwork and collaboration while anticipating internal and external customer needs. Also must be able to perform variety of duties to successfully completed tasks associated with document imaging products such as document preparation scanning indexing and quality control inspection of scanned images. Perform other tasks that involve converting paper documentation to digital including large document scanning which may involve standing for long periods of time.
Responsibilities:
  • Reviews records to determine categorization and filing of respective documents
  • Prepare documents to process through a high-speed document scanner flatbed scanner or large format scanner
  • Make photocopies if necessary repair tears in documents remove staples and remove original drawings from files
  • Maintain the order of documents within the file/manual and file at a shelf designation
  • Scan hard-copy paper documents through document scanner
  • Use Windows operating system/computer and software perform indexing/data entry to create a list of files and or index of documents within respective manuals
  • Perform/verify quality control inspections/checks on scanned images
  • Also will perform verification of quality on existing scanned documents and other duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Experience as an administrative assistant
  • High attention to detail in recording and tracking information in spreadsheets and following up on action items
  • Expertise and in depth knowledge in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word
  • Moderate to high level knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Prep 10000 documents per day
  • Scan and index through document scanner 3500 documents per day
  • Must complete a skills assessment which includes grammar MS Office and Outlook
  • Quality control verification of 5000 documents per day
  • Type 25 words per minute
  • Operate standard office equipment
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
  • Two years of Administrative experience
